CACEIS only processes personal data in accordance with the law. We process personal data that we receive in the context of the website visitors. We only process personal data for predetermined purposes for the services and / or services that you have requested or agreed with you.

This Privacy Statement applies to all sites within the domains CACEIS.kasbank.com & www.CACEIS.kasbank.nl and apps of CACEIS. These websites and apps are managed by CACEIS. When this Privacy Statement refers to the website (s), this refers to all sites within the afore mentioned domains.
This Privacy Statement applies to the websites of CACEIS and not to third-party websites that can be visited via the websites of CACEIS.

KAS BANK takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of personal data obtained via the website. What information does CACEIS process when visiting its websites?
To improve the functionalities of the websites of CACEIS, CACEIS uses a number of technical data, such as the type of browser, the browser language and the IP address of the computer you use. Which personal data does CACEIS process when offering its services?

What does CACEIS use the data for?
